Yes, that's true. Real chem trails stick around a long time, I've been shown many pics that were taken on the spot...

I've also seen ones that don't look like normal trails, it's more thick and hazy.

Watch that clip at about :49 there's a normal trail in the center that vanishes...that's normal...

The rest don't go away...and that's time lapse, so it's quite a long time...

This is sort of mixed up with chemtrails but not quite. It does show however of what govts are capable of and what they are doing even now without a doubt.

You have to see a video on HAARP by Nick Begich, it's the antidote to any speculation whatsoever, it's so well presented. HAARP technology is so advanced that US and Russia I believe signed a treaty against it's use.

It relates more to weather modification... causing perhaps the appearance of those strange clouds worldwide. But it goes beyond that, generating earthquakes, use in mind control.

All of it comes to one thing basically. They've realized that democracy was a nice cozy front while it lasted but it's harder to do things when you have people protesting against you and those born into power don't like being pestered by a bunch of peons. It seems like the anti-war movement did achieve something monumental in 2005, possibly nothing less than foiling dirty nuclear strike somewhere in Alabama perhaps, on Cheney's orders. To be followed up by a nu-cul-lar "retaliation" against either N. Korea or Iran.

Population reduction serves that agenda well. We're looking at something like in Soylent Green, tiny, tightly controlled ghettos and artificial scarcity while the next generation of people accept their reality as all there is and an earlier time becomes a myth.

These concerns were amplified by Bernard Eastlund, a physicist who developed some of the concepts behind the HAARP in the 1980s and proposed using high-frequency radio waves to beam large amounts of power into the ionosphere, energizing its electrons and ions in order to disable incoming missiles and knock out enemy satellite communications. The US military became interested in the idea as an alternative to the laser-based Strategic Defense Initiative. However, Eastlund's ideas were eventually dropped as SDI itself mutated into the more limited National Missile Defense of today. The contractors selected to build HAARP have denied that any of Eastlund's patents were used in the development of the project.

After the physicists raised early concerns, the controversy was stoked by local activism. In September 1995, a book entitled Angels Don't Play This HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology by the former teacher Nick Begich, Jr., son of the late Congressman Nick Begich (D-AK) and brother of U.S. Senator Mark Begich (D-AK), claimed that the project in its present stage could be used for "geophysical warfare."[citation needed]


Russian Parliament
In August 2002, further support for those critical of HAARP technology came from the State Duma (parliament) of Russia. The Duma published a critical report on the HAARP written by the international affairs and defense committees, signed by 90 deputies and presented to then President Vladimir Putin. The report claimed that "the U.S. is creating new integral geophysical weapons that may influence the near-Earth medium with high-frequency radio waves ... The significance of this qualitative leap could be compared to the transition from cold steel to firearms, or from conventional weapons to nuclear weapons. This new type of weapons differs from previous types in that the near-Earth medium becomes at once an object of direct influence and its component." However, given the timing of the Russian intervention, it is possible that it was related to a controversy at the time concerning the US withdrawal in June 2002 from the Russian-American Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. This high level concern is paralleled in the April 1997 statement by the U.S. Secretary of Defense over the power of such electromagnetic weaponry. Russia owns and operates an ionospheric heater system as powerful as the HAARP[6], called 'Sura,' which is located roughly 150 km from the city of Nizhny Novgorod.

I think the switch to digital TV is because the government wants those analog frequencies...

I've seen chemtrails, especially out in the Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona area where i've spent lots of time...

In the 70's and 80's, planes didn't leave these trails that last seemingly forever...they disappeared quickly...

Actually, some of those clips are from the time space continuum experiments...

And as long as the government goes after man-made aerosols and not natural... I guess THAT would be OK.
