How much money I THINK is sitting around is irrelevant. Someone brought up a good point somewhere in here...the US has almost ALWAYS been in debt. And In the history of the entire civilized world there has NEVER been a tax break during a time of war. Never. Until GWB comes along. But you never even KNEW we were at war, because 1) you never sacrificed a fucking thing. You were never asked to wear a uniform.
2) You didn't have to worry about PAYING for it.
But now with all this talk about government spending, bailouts, etc, which have been only a fraction of what's been spent IN AFGHANISTAN THE PAST 8 YEARS, you've decided you want to gut this too, simply because it costs MONEY, nevermind the innocen lives and the lives of those who are still fighting to this day, this very second, going through hell for you.
