And Louisiana has an excellent Charity medical system that is profitable for the state...
I'm healthy and I pay my doctor visits in cash...The way it should be whether you have insurance or not...

Like McCain and Palin would be any better. I would be puking nonstop from Palin being on TV all the time and McCain is mentally unstable. We probably would have bombed Iran by now and would have gotten the same bankers bailout. Basically I don't like either side now. Democrats and Republicans both suck balls.No! The only winners is the bankers. Obama was popular because he replace an unpopular president, he was young, charismatic and seemed smart, and black. He campaigned on change but didn't tell us if it was change for good or bad. He promised to bring the troops home. Now he's expanding the war which will piss his supporters off and the bankers bailout is an obviouse scam and does nothing for the average American. Obama will be remembered for increasing everyone's tax bill with nothing to show for it and a failed economy. People are seeing he's nothing more than a slick pitchman and no real leader.
