Excuse me one of 1000 out of 221 million and also the one of the 46 out of a 1000.

Maybe, not one of the 46....
But when I stress up it is a concern.

To put it simply, we need to worry a lot less about how to communicate our actions and much more about what our actions communicate.

You would say what is probable cause?

It's not even clear to me what "probable cause" would mean in this case. I don't think it would be clear to a judge, either, and that's why they don't want to go through that little hassle of the Fourth Amendment.

If you're driving and you smell like, alcohol, that's probable cause for suspicion of drunk driving. If a bank just got robbed, and you're running down the street with cash falling out of your pockets, that's probable cause.

What would be probable cause to search your laptop? You're wearing an "I'm a hacker" t-shirt? You're a known terrorist? If so, arrest the fucker. I can't imagine a case where there's enough cause to search somebody's laptop, but not enough cause to arrest them.

Bottom line - you ignorant minion motherfucker - this is all a smoke screen to piss on the fourth amendment.

It wouldn't be difficult. They're not compelled to do that.

Save it. This guy is doing an equally good job on his own.

Modern life requires us to surrender the Bill of Rights that was secured for us? You sound like one of those incrementalists that can rationalize every way that his socialist state makes him suck dick.

And you say US citizens. How many laptops of US citizens have been seized? and does the Fourth Amendment apply to foreign nationals?

Blackie, we (the bad guys that is) watch you from the satellites too. The satellites have been hacked and are under use by a select group of persons. We use that information to plant documentation on your computers the moment before you board( we don't want you to catch wind that it is on there) From there you get prosecuted for the child porn on your computer or the financial crimes documented on your computer. Sometimes when we are bored we put Ben Laden and Al Kiada stuff, to keep the feds hopping.
Psss. Ben Laden is just an RPG character.
                Joke

According to your figures 1 in 200 000 people have to suck dick which isn't a huge amount.

You should be more worried about having to suck corporate cock to beg them to pay out on your health care policy or guzzling their sperm so you don't lose your job because you can't survive losing the benefits that go with it.

You should move to Somalia, they have very very small government and you are free to do exactly what you want...

Suit: Airport searches of laptops, other devices intrusive - CNN.com

"Khan, a Pakistani-born U.S. citizen, says it has happened five times since 2003. . . . in a lawsuit filed last week by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and Asian Law Caucus in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California."

Nick, if this shit doesn't make your blood boil, you are a worthless tool who doesn't understand why the Bill of Rights exists. It's a non-partisan violation, but I'm surprised you partisan droids aren't all over this, because this bullshit started under Bush/Ashcroft (and is continuing under Obama/Napolitano).

I think I'll stay here and defend the Bill of Rights. You can stay in the U.K. and take socialist balls to the face. Deal?

Make sure to submit your DNA for the database like a good subject, you spineless turd.

You know, Blackie, they search the luggage too. If I have such issue with my bras, panties and prescriptions read, I don't travel.
In todays world, there is little need to carry on a laptop what can't be processed through the web.....
OTHER than to avoid data lines.

If tat gentleman deals in such sensitive areas, he should just plan for or around his travel.

1000's of other Muslims and 1000's of other Pakistanis travel with no issue.
Maybe, he should get a better job.

He finds it upsetting when they find that in his luggage, he's repressed that way.
