BigBadBrucie is all mad because it is a DEMOCRATIC congressman.
If it were a Retardlican, he would blame it on the guy with the video camera, and be just as angry.
That said, I would say that congressman should be reprimanded, at the very LEAST.
He IS guilty of assault. Turn the tables. If the young man had assaulted the Contressman, he would have been drug off to the slammer immediately.
In this case, Mister FUCKING ASSHOLE CONGRESSMAN will probably get away with it.
What a fucking jackass.

Wow, that's completely unacceptable behaviour for a public figure and I hope he is severely reprimanded.
That being said, would you call it 'assault'? Looked to me like he knocked the camera out of the way pushed the student, and grabbed his arm. Actually "assault" and "battery" are two different charges. "Assault" is the threat of physical harm. "Battery" is doing it. As far as I know, it doesn't take much, even a shove is enough.
