Not even at CC........ they spent a whole semester on that topic at my college and still didn't get it right
It's still standard practice to throw money at something and when that fails...start blaming the workers, start downsizing and never once stop to think.....maybe if we treat our workers with respect and give them input, we'll be more efficient.
