The '81 and '86 tax CUTS actually increased Federal Revenue in the long run, resulting in among other things, the so-called "surplus" of Clinton's in the 90's. (Though Clinton really didn't have a surplus...but that's another story.)

So, what you are saying is the actions of a currently sitting President can not be adequately judged until almost a decade later. This implies that anything you have to say now regarding politics can be ignored for the next ten years or so, and at such a time anyone interested can check back to see if you knew what you were talking about. Anthony Weiner apologises to Bill Clinton over Twitter storm

The Democratic congressman who admitted sending lewd images and messages over the internet has apologised for his conduct to Bill Clinton, it has emerged.

Friends of the Clinton family said Anthony Weiner telephoned the former president because he officiated at his wedding last year to Huma Abedin, deputy chief of staff to Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State.
The revelation came as it was disclosed that a group of conservative Twitter users had been tracking Mr Weiner’s use of the social networking website for several months because of concerns over his behaviour.

The 35-year-old started her career as an intern in the White House around the time that Mr Clinton was conducting an affair with intern Monica Lewinsky that almost wrecked his presidency. Most of Ms Abedin’s career has been spent as aide to Mrs Clinton.
Sources close to the Clintons told The Politico that the family was distressed by the “sexting” scandal, though they declined to reveal the former president’s response to Mr Weiner’s entreaties.
As pressure mounted on the New York representative to resign, it became clear that, like Mr Clinton, his biggest problem was lying about his behaviour and attempting to cover it up.
