It will be who gets the swing vote. The die hard republicans and democrats just vote the party line no matter what. They just go down the ballot and check the R's and D's. Obama won because Hillary showed herself to be a business as usual politician and nobody wanted to vote for Sarah Palin.
Obama beating Hilary was surprising because he was a weak candidate with a poor voting record in the senate and not much to run on substance wise. People just voted for him because he seemed like something different. So I really wouldn't rule out Ron Paul. He's got a well established record. The internet is replacing the mainstream media as a news source. He's popular with both conservatives and liberals. If Obama can win Ron Paul can win in 2012. Right now I would have to say Mitt Romney. I can see jhale's girlfriend (Bachman) being on the ticket as a VP nom as well at this point. Really to soon to lock anything in though for me.Comment

I got a good schooling on how the real world worked doing an internship for Allen and Company which is an investment banking firm. Bob Allen himself told me he could teach his dog investment banking over a three day weekend. Meaning, you don't have to be smart to be an investment banker you have to be connected. It's connections people in most everything. You can even become a CEO of one of the world's most successful companies by simply being a college buddy of the founder. As you can see, this yelling idiot hasn't done much since he became the new leader. I give you the real world.
