And the deal would have to be made with one of those three unelectable dangerous fuckstumps.

It would most likely be with Romney ... because that guy will say and do anything to be president. He'd be the first one to try cut a deal, and probably cut the most aggressive one.

That doesn't mean shit if he's elected......

Romney...."I never said that Ron Paul is mistaken", not like he hasn't used that before!

I don't trust Romney for a second ... and I don't know what RP will be gunning for, so who knows what he'll get. Maybe he'll insist on Rand Paul as VP nominee, setting him up for 2016 or 2020.

Yes, because a losing VP nominee always "sets you up" for a run 4 years later....

Different...... just because Paul would never accept!

I suppose you didn't see Sarah Palin offering to "help out" if there's a brokered convention?

It's all conjecture, but I wouldn't be surprised if he puts his son forward as part of a compromise. RP is looking beyond this election to the future, and is trying to shape the republican party. Most republicans 30 years old and younger agree with his positions and/or are ardent RP supporters. He is going to want someone to carry the standard forward that his supporters would be loyal to. RP fans have a lot of affection for Rand as well.

Dude, it wouldn't mean anything.....you can not offer favors or government jobs in turn for support. It's illegal!

He's capable of being a good president. He did a good job fixing all the fraud in the Salt Lake City winter olympics. The thing is he's for sale. You don't want to vote for anyone who seems to conveniently morph into each situation to remain popular with the status quo. Really the fact the man is Mormon or put the family dog on top of the car really means nothing to me. Mitt has been caught in some lies and he serves who pays him the most. We can't afford another one of those. We have to get this financial fraud and these wars under control or we lose our country. Mitt will do nothing about it. He will only enable the problem more.
