That's the main reason experts speculate that if this goes to the SC, the opposition will LOSE handily - their entire position is based on the premise that being gay IS a choice, so gay people COULD enjoy equal rights "if they just stopped being gay" - like that's a reality-based assertion. Any rational person knows it's not a choice. No chance in hell a straight dude's going to wake up 40+ years later and go "Y'know, I think I want some male-on-male action today!" or vice-versa. Doesn't happen.

So since their religious objection is irrelevant, and has no basis in a factual discussion, and their other retarded assumption FAILS miserably, again there is NO legitimate argument against allowing equal rights for all.
