The punch-ee got on the bus drunk and didn't pay. Non-paying riders is a huge problem for RTA. They were going to ticket and fine non-paying riders but the local NAACP protested it, claiming the policy was unfair to poor inner city residents.

I just notcied how it was used mostly as just a slang term to another person....like hey buddy, wtf?. But at the end it was used in an offensive manner to denigrate the man. Funny how a word can be interpreted so differently depending on context & inflection.

Fare-jumpin's a $250 fine in CA, no exceptions. Unfair to poor people? Fuck that. NAACP's dead wrong on that one, IMO. Everybody else pays the whopping $1.50 , fuck them... still wondering if the driver had a panic button and could've had her removed without the WWE-style drama...

But bottom line, she's a drunk-ass, fare-jumping, no-class stupid bitch, sorry. Who starts a fight, and risks a ticket and/or (comparatively) huge fine over a buck fifty...? Here's hoping she hasn't reproduced.
