SCHOOL OBAMA'S DAUGHTERS ATTEND HAS 11 ARMED GUARDS

Some interesting news has broken in the wake of the latest push for gun control by President Obama and Senate Democrats: Obama sends his kids to a school where armed guards are used as a matter of fact.
The school, Sidwell Friends School in Washington, DC, has 11 security officers and is seeking to hire a new police officer as we speak.

If you dismiss this by saying, "Of course they have armed guards -- they get Secret Service protection," then you've missed the larger point.

The larger point is that this is standard operating procedure for the school, period. And this is the reason people like NBC's David Gregory send their kids to Sidwell, they know their kids will be protected from the carnage that befell kids at a school where armed guards weren't used (and weren't even allowed).

Shame on President Obama for seeking more gun control and for trying to prevent the parents of other school children from doing what he has clearly done for his own. His children sit under the protection guns afford, while the children of regular Americans are sacrificed.

WTF does "gun control" and the Secret Service protection have to do with this school shooting? Or the idiot ramblings of an NRA spokesman who looks like he locks himself in his mom's basement with his kiddie porn collection and disingenuously calls for more school security after one more mass murder?

Should we also have armed guards to protect our precious theater goers too? Post Offices? Hostile workplaces? If only we had police everywhere, then no crime would ever happen again...

I agree man. It's crazy. If the only way you feel safe sending your children to school is to have an armed guard(s)....don't you think you should move? Maybe somewhere that you don't have that fear or feel the need to have your children protected by armed men? It's just crazy. Where does it stop? It sends us further down the wrong path.

That's just it, before Newtown, you couldn't have picked a seemingly safer location to raise your children....

This is the land of the free...

Which at one time not too long ago meant that the government cannot put restrictions on a law abiding individual's freedom, none...

And that's how it should be...

Unless the authorities have reason to restrict an individual's freedom based on arrests, drugs, alcohol, medication, mental health, etc, there is no need to restrict an individual...

The loophole they use is when it affects someone else. Like murder, stealing, beating someone up, etc....used to be. But then people got uppity. It affects me if I can smell your cigarette. It affects me if you have too many Christmas lights up. Hey, don't call it Christmas because that affects me too. It affects me if you sell a large soda because I'm too stupid to have willpower & not buy it. And on & on & on. So now we have a government trying to restrict everyone to the point we can't affect anyone with our "offensive" behaviors. Less freedoms in the name of making everyone not be offended is just offensive to me.

I have seen no sincere emotion from any of the victim families, some of them are just smiling and acting like nothing has ever happened. This is bizarre behavior.... who the hell are these people? Why is the dad laughing in that video?
