I don't look on the bright side of life, I live there. While you're fretting over politics and such, I'm planning my next ride on my Harley, or in my dune buggy. Or some other fun adventure.

But hey, somebody has to try to change the world...and watch tv.

Technically, I don't ever watch TV. The greedy fucking bastards at Scumca$t even encrypt the goddamn LOCAL channels now, so my QAM tuner is useless. Antennas don't work around here, and there are too damn many trees to expect a dish to work worth a damn (not to mention interference from shitty weather - which I noticed a lot back when I had XM radio)

So there is no TV signal coming into this house whatsoever. Though if I really want to watch something, I can probably find it on XBMC one way or another.

You really need to step back a bit & calm down, bro. I'm not trying to judge you here or anything, but I am a bit concerned. You're a cool guy & all, but I really think you may be losing it. I read that thread where you question Johnny Ramone's political affiliations, & that's just wrong, buddy. Noone remotely sane should be mixing politics with The Ramones, that's just plain wrong.

And do you honestly believe that YOUR side of the political spectrum is any different than the other? Dude, you're smarter than that. Back away for a few days, months even. Get your nose away from the bark of the tree & try to see the forest.

Get yourself a lounge chair, drink some cheap beers looking at the sunset & blow a load on someone's tits.

That should BEGIN to put at least SOME things in perspective, like there's no point wasting DECADES of your life trying prove a point to half a dozen losers on the internet. Even if you manage that - which you won't - what's it gonna achieve? Huh?
