This whole Florida is stupid thing... I just want to make it clear to you what I think is stupid. Stupid is living in some shithole that is fucking freezing-ass cold and you can't even hang out outside all year round. Let's run from building to car to building shivering with our facing cracking from the dry wind. GENIUSES! Because you get plenty of lives right? Why not throw the current one away spending half your life indoors looking out at dead trees and grey skies.

Yes I might be brutally murdered at any time by anyone and they can get away with it, but so what? I have a nice tan all year. Tell me how stupid I am that there's about 10 beaches close to me that all kick ass. Tell me how stupid I am that cruise ships sail 15 minutes from my doorstep and the bahamas are a 30 min plane ride away.

Now that I've ranted I will agree that most of the people around me are pretty stupid, but that would happen wherever I was. Except maybe Canada or Great Britain or anywhere in Europe or the good parts of Asia.

I have friends who live in Florida. I have been hearing (especially during the Jeb Bush reign) about the stupidity of the Florida state government for many, many years.

Nobody is calling you stupid. I do recommend visiting the north during winter. Snow is beautiful and I think you will find their is plenty to do even when it is cold outside.

I generally watch from an outdoor bar on Christmas Day in my swim wear waiting for the sun to get up and take swim in the Gulf.

You have no idea. We've had day after day off of school for threat of snow...and it turns out sunny. When it rains here, you'd think that it was a blizzard...
