I just received a robo call from some Rethuglicon asshat telling me "tickets are going quick" for this:
Yes, the Western Conservative Summit a.k.a. The Rethuglicon Walking Dead being ironically sponsored by a "Christian University" of all places simply because no other self-respecting institution in all of Denver would want these assholes. Says here on the page "Heading into a year of great issues and crucial decisions, we bring you the most exciting Summit yet." Yes, for just $25 you can hear all sorts of hate speech, cloaked racism, hatred of women and state rights/governmental hypocrisy ranging from Ted Cruz to Sarah Palin who, let's be thankful here, took the time out of her busy magazine/current affairs reading schedule to jump, jive and wail her anti-Obama rhetoric.
Still does not explain the robo call. My best guess is tickets for this disaster are not going at all and they can't even give them away. What I do find to be most interesting is what a Rethuglicon "workshop" must be. Betting it has something to do with hating the poor, the sick, a lot of "Support The Troops" posturing which is really a pro-war, anti-Muslim brainwash and keeping higher education out of the hands of those who are not rich and white.
Somehow, someway this vid seems fitting:So keep your auditions for somebody who hasn't got so much to lose beause you can tell by the lines [you're] reciting that I've seen that movie too.
Seems like a good weekend be out of town.
