Doesn't matter. Wilson was a Klan member who had no idea that Brown was a suspect in a strong arm robbery. Brown was totally innocent and was simply walking down the street. And Wilson, acting as a Klansman, jumped out of the car and gunned him down in cold blood. And the AG didn't push for charges against Wilson because he too is obviously corrupt and part of the very system that covered up Wilson's murderous actions from the get go.
