He was a former Republican governor of New Mexico who switched to the Libertarian party after failing to make into the GOP clown car in 2012. He was the Libertarian nominee in 2012, and most likely will be again.

Aside from his belief in the Ayn Rand economic fairy tales, he's not such a bad guy. He participated in a few debates in 2012 with Rocky Anderson & Jill Stein, and probably agreed with them at least 2/3 (66.6%) of the time. Which is probably more than any of the three agreed with Barry or Mittens, and that says a lot about the two corporatist parties, vs what most of you mortals up there actually believe in.

I lived in San Diego and it's a problem. Hell, it's a problem here. Only its those Soviet fuckers I keep seeing at The Walmart. Ran in there this afternoon and sure enough there were those five big ass white vans and like 20 of those guys in there. I know they're up to something cause they all look funny and don't smile and act like they're just going thru the motions of buying whatever. And like I said - I think all the beer they buy is a cover. Plus they kinda whisper that Soviet language they're all speakin to each other.

Lezley McSpadden, the mother of gun violence victim Michael Brown, just announced her support of Democratic presidential candidate hopeful Hillary Clinton.

McSpadden wrote a letter to the Clinton campaign which was obtained by The Huffington Post on Tuesday, the same day the Missouri primary takes place. In the letter, Brown’s mom wrote that she believes Clinton has “realistic proposals” that will address the country’s most pressing challenges. She also said that she believes Clinton is the candidate best-suited to work across party lines to get legislation passed, especially in relation to important issues of education, voting rights, gun violence and criminal justice reform.

I hate to generalise but I have to admit not smiling does seem to be a common thing among the ex commie people. We have quite a few here nowadays too.

I'm not sure if it's just the way they are or it's because they don't have much to smile about. I suspect it's the former because piss poor Africans smile all the time.

Clinton campaign: Sanders playing 'games' with debate

Teterboro, New Jersey (CNN)Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign on Saturday accused Bernie Sanders' operation of rejecting three New York debates that the Clinton campaign proposed.
Sanders' campaign has been calling for a debate before the state's April 19 primary since last week.

While Clinton's campaign declined to commit initially, her aides have been working with the Democratic National Committee behind the scenes to solidify a date.
