Nah, I think it had something to do with education. The minute the huge corporations started hiring college kids to be CEOs, the whole thing went to shit.
Money went into all the wrong places, the infrastructures started to fall apart, politicians were bought... I mean, when you have people drinking toxic water, and the only place that has potable water is a car factory because the one that people are drinking was damaging the metal used in the construction of the cars, when you consider cars, products more important than people, there's something very fucked up there.
And I'm not even talking from a humanitarian point of view. Even from an economic point of view it doesn't make sense. You need to sell those cars to PEOPLE. The ones you're killing off with water that's not fit for cars.
You think you're going to solve all this with a new president? Whoever wins will end up in some 25 year old's pay roll.
Unless it's Empress Trump. I bet he could buy off the kid, instead.
