Who made that statement, right wingers? And if you know the answer, what do you think about the statement, and the guy who made it?

Correct answer.... And I take it you have heard of his alleged plans for Illinois, a state where he has never been a resident.

Sad, really...... I actually had respect for Alan Keyes. Though his policies were often abominable, at least you knew he meant it, and wasn't doing it for the votes. Now it seems he's another sellout to the corporatists. And a hypocrite, apparently.

Actually it is the Illinois GOP who has asked that Keyes run. He did not approach them with the idea. He has responded that he'll think about it over the weekend and give a response Sunday.

That being said I agree that he has no business running as a Senate candidate from Illinois.

Honestly, when the subject of Keyes possibly jumping into the Senate race surfaced at DU yesterday morning, I told them I didn't think it would happen, because whatever you think of Keyes' politics, the man is known for his integrity.

Now it appears that I was wrong. I'm not worried about Obama's chances at all, but it sucks to see one of the last honest conservatives fall into the corporatist abyss

When Clinton lied about his blow job, it pissed me off. In fact there are two questions he should have answered differently:
