No you don't.
This fucking virus mutates so goddamned fast that you could have well survived the original strain and maybe have some natural antibody immunity to that, but that isn't going to do shit when the next variant comes along. The "common cold" is a type of corona virus (though obviously a far weaker one). If you catch a cold today, and suffer through the next week or so with it, you're probably not going to catch a cold again this year. Unless some different strain of the cold virus comes along, and you start over again. Or definitely you'll be getting it next year.
Although ironically, masks & social distancing also had the "bonus" effect of making the common cold & flu rarities in the usual "flu season" winter of 2020/21.
So don't believe the RW nutjob fringe media.... "natural immunity" will only get you so far in this pandemic.Eat Us And Smile

And just like any virus as immunity gets stronger the majority of variants are easier to handle and decide who is best suited for protection.
And yes, the science does show that natural immunity is just as if not more effective than vaccine.
So if I get Delta, my existing immune system will once again handle it, and I'll get bonus immunity
