There is this massive area of 'Creepy Prick' which is not illegal or not possible to be prosecuted because it's super dark grey not black and you might catch stuff that shouldn't be a prison thing.

That does not in any way change the fact that he is a Creepy Prick.

Again this points to the depressing fact that people in our legislatures are on average way worse people than your average person.
