The bottom line is Kerry has not signed the form releasing all of his military records, most specifically, medical, which would prove whether or not his Purple Hearts were valid.

The veterans did not make this an issue until Kerry starting wrapping himself up in his medals.

Is it slander? I don't think so. Liberals wanted to know about Bushes record, so why can't I know about Kerry's?

He could just sue them, God knows he has the pockets. He hasn't. He could just sign the form and let everyone see the actual records. He hasn't.So it is the word of 256 people vs. one man.

How much money can 256 people make off one book? Is it worth it to go through all that scrutiny yourself, just for the cash? I know you would say yes, but I would disagree. If it were me and even if I knew beyond the shadow of a doubt it was true, I'd rather just let dead dogs lie. These men took personal offense from it and acted on it. It is their right to do so and I applaud it.

Here's a radical idea: I think we should take up a collection towards getting Anne Coulter laid. This is, after all, a woman who is die-hard opposed to sex before marriage, right? And last I heard, she was single. Hmmm...maybe if she got double teamed by Henry Rollins and Angelina Jolie, she might mellow out. It could work!!! ^_^

I think you missed one of my points. I also agree that the fact that these guys wrote a book for money is pretty far fetched. My conclusion is that the motivation is from the ill will they hardor from Kerry's visits to the Senate (or house, I forget which) in the 70s, or they were bribed and or blackmailed. The damage done from the nonsense is worth millions to the Bush campaign.

I think it is ill will towards him, but seeing him talk about his valiant service probably put them over the edge. They were there and decided to dish the dirt about what actually happened. I think it is all too personal to them for them to be lying, probably thinking of those who didn't come back who served full tours. There isn't much upside in any of this mess for them.

At a spoken word show that Henry had down here in S.A. earlier this year, he said he wanted to volunteer to devirginize Anne Coulter for the purpose to which I referred. Hell, that's going to be one of the big focuses in his next book- "Dear Ann Hitler."

As for Angelina, I just threw her into the mix because Anne's vagina is desperately in need of some tender loving care...who better to do that than another woman, namely a beautiful, busty, bisexxxual goddess like Angelina!!!

And think how happy Henry would be- accomplishing his mission of mellowing out Anne, AND bedding Angelina at the same time! Talk about two birds with one stone! :D
