    Would you support a third party Dean/McCain ticket

    Howard Dean and John McCain appear to have a good deal in common. Both are centrist candidates fed up with the corporatists who have taken over their parties. Both have experienced severe character assassinations at the hands of their own party establishment. And both were far better choices than the corporatist puppets selected by their respective party bosses.

    Third party tickets as a rule seem to favor the incumbent, but I believe this matchup could be the exception, drawing votes from the entire political spectrum.

                  I don't think a ticket with McCain would ever happen. However, the independent thing is entirely possible. I still think though, that Dean is a corporate shill. He couldn't have gotten to the top of the Dem heap (even for a little while) any other way.

                          I don't expect politicians to be saints. But I DO expect them not to commit treason against this country, and the BCE has done that repeatedly since the 1930's, and it's damn time people stopped ignoring that reality.

                          Right now it probably is, but only because I didn't get much sleep last night and had to drink a whole pot of coffee to make up for it. I had cut myself down to 2 cups a day. Now that I'm bak on the low carb thing and not eating much processed food, my sodium intake will be way down, which should be good for the blood pressure

                                                      I agree with McCain that the Bush Budget is so full of pork it oinks...
                                                      I cannot believe some of the waste it contains when we have so many more deserving and universally beneficial programs to invest in.
                                                      How about more money for research to cure Diabete's, MD, MS, and other neurological disorders?
                                                      No, we spend Millions of Federal Dollars to wire a vagina to study sexuality?
