    Campaign ad

After the debate, did anyone see the commercial advertising a website called "whatmakesgeorgetick.com"? The ad says that everyone should go there to "vote" as to whether Bush "doesn't get it," "doesn't care," or is "not on your side." It was unbelievably slanted and offensive, even to a Kerry supporter like myself.

So I'm thinking this must be paid for by some fringe liberal group, much like the Swift Boat vets on the conservative side. But no -- at the end of the commercial, it says that it was paid for by the Democratic National Committee!

    Unreal.

Here's the website, check it out for yourself.

Compared to the slanderous bullshit that's currently passing for "political ads" in our local market (Nethercutt/Rossi ads), I'd say this one's pretty innocuous. I didn't vote though, because all three options were true, so I'm undecided :D

Your local market doesn't have jack to do with a national race. Between this and the Cheney's daughter remarks, the Dems are almost willingly looking for ways to fuck up days before the election.
