I like exactly where Eddie Van Halen puts the volume knob on his signature guitars. The knob looks a little too low on the Nuno guitars above but you never know until you play one I guess.

I only like Fender Strats with the original bridge set up the classic way. I can tollerate the volume knob then but with a Floyd Rose, that knob it too damn close for some reason. I once had a Richie Sambora Strat and never could get into that guitar. I have a 70's reissue and love the thing. Go figure. Strats are wierd that way, at least for me they are. I either tottaly dig them like it's the best guitar I've ever had or I tottaly despise them.

If it has a big U shaped 70's style neck, an ash body, with a classic styled bridge I'm starting to get a hard on. I like a 9" radius neck. If the setup is low enough to play fast but high enough not to get major buzzing with .009-.42 strings, I'm happy.
No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!

I have a Fender Jimmie Vaughn-strat myself, and the only reason i got it is because of the v-shaped neck that i like a lot. And because i play in a bluesrock-group besides my rock and roll-group, i wanted a guitar with a singlecoil-sound. I'm thinking of maybe taking the tonecontrols that i don't use off, and move the volumecontrol where the lowest tonecontrol is. Maybe that's an idea.

And to you, Nitro, i also have relatives that imigrated to the states. I never got to visit them in Minnesota before they died, and that's a shame. But i will come and visit your country sometime. I've always wanted to travel to America.

a fast neck is key when your playing 80s rock/metal like extreme or whatever nunos doing these days. nunos axe has that, i cant stand when a guitars has a real thick glossy finish on the back of the neck, got to be natural and smooth so you can rip a blazing solo. its probably just me but i think the thick gloss slow down your fretting hand

          And yes...GET THE FUNK OUT!!!
An ex-bandmate of mine used to have one of these.

The dumbass never really realized the potential of that axe.
He never used the Floyd (always left the clamps open), played through a Marshall Valvestate that was on the verge of dying (squaled like a pig, which led him to think the guitar was 'crap')...

Later he swapped the guitar for a Yamaha quasi-Tele, which was truly crap.

          *Edit*
          But yeah, I'd get one.

Why settle for something you have, if it's not as good as something you're out to get?

              I doubt it.
