    I've had a 5150 since the first issue in the early 90's landed in the UK.
    Sounds great and has always been super reliable, and it's been used one hell of alot!

    Marshall DSL's also deliver the goods, IMO.

    In the end, without sounding too corny, it's in the fingers, not the amp.

      Fingers play a part, but you can be a great player and still have a shitty tone. If that was the case you could get by playing some shit ass practice amp and a Harmony guitar made out of plywood.

        well first off im not a crappy player so the fingers are covered.
        and i also do have an ME-50 boss pedal that makes my little 15 watt amp sound awesome
