    Any Peavey amp experts here

I recently got a Peavey Classic 30 combo. Now the reverb is acting up. With even a tiny bit of reverb dialed in, I get a low frequency feedback. I thought broken tube first, but apparently the Classic 30´s reverb isn´t tube powered. Have any of you had a problem like this, and how was it solved?

    Thanx!

OK, in case anyone´s interested, problem already fixed. It was the postman´s fault. Apparently it got some good shaking on its way here. The piece of metal (excuse me not knowing the exact English expression) the springs are mounted on had jumped right onto one of the pins that look like they´re there to keep everything from jumping around too much. The whole contraption was thus fixed in its enclosure instead of loose. I put everything back into place and now it works fine!

      Boy, you were lucky!

I can't tell you how many times it's happened with hard drives.... No fixing that!

I've never tried the Classic 30. I hear nothing but good about them from many different types of players.
No! You can't have the keys to the wine cellar!

I´ve been looking to get one for ages. They´re excellent value for money. Of course, they don´t do high gain über-metal sounds, but everything else. I got mine to cover the classic blues and surf sounds my Laneys and Marshalls just won´t do too well.

I hear they are peddle friendly and you can push them pretty hard on the front end.
