My friend has a westone pantera and it plays fast and wonderful whammy.

I'm searching for a guitar thats weighs more than a parker fly and has an incredible whammy system.
I got 150 bucks.

I guess for 150 bucks it would be ok, but Westones are usually regarded as junk in most circles. I remember a friend of mine years and years ago had an Electra/Westone. Had a peace sign on the headstock from the factory.

$150.00 bucks can get some good guitars on ebay . i got a peavey t - 25 with a hard case for $90.00 and that was with the shipping . The rail pick ups were shot but after some new pick ups it plays and sounds great .

I haven't seen one of those in years....they could get some decent clean tones from what I remember.

Back in high school my best friend had a T-40 bass...didn't sound half bad, but I wouldn't trade my Fenders for it.

Well sir i have a old fender strat and a old tele and i would take the peavey anyday over any of the fenders iv played .. The peavey has girth to it and a very nice fat sound .. The looks are 1st class and the feel is super , The new pick ups ( paf pro copys from SD ) make it sound sweet and nasty ...
