We are turning the old nursery into my practice room ao I can finally bring stuff home from the studio. The guitars I brought home so far are nothing fancy but they are finally home.


80's Blazer guitar Bought it cheap. It's obviously a 1 trick pony.

One of my favorites from the 80's. BC Rich Strat w/Dimarzio Super Distortion and some old strat pickups.



And my favorite bass.... The one I could not live without..... 1981 Ibanez Blazer Bass. I'll get a better pic and post it. I'd never seen a pickup like this before. Plays better than a Precision and sounds exactly like a high end vintage P bass. It was $50.00 used.

I bought this 'cause it's yellow, and doesn't have a crappy wraparound tailpiece....I might put a torty-shell pick guard on it.

A Burny Firebird went for 860 Euros on evilBay Germany 2 months ago!

While certainly a great guitar, 860 Euros is madness!

Yup. That looks better with the pickguard on it.

I played a friends Gretsch ProJet awhile back. It looks like your Gretsch has the same pickups. Those things sound great.

Thanks! I decided against the torty shell idea, and just slapped a piece of black plastic on it...with wood screws I found in the garage.
