        The EJ models are excellent, excellent guitars!! Both in playability and tone.

        The prices are steep but I'd put these as about the finest Strats you can buy new today.

        White binding on the neck with the white pick-guard looks nice!!

              Whoa, flawless! I'd be interested if the finishes are nitrocellulose lacqueer and not that shit polyester bowling-ball finish.

              I need to feel the lacquer. But the contours look perfect, especially the cutaways, looks like a real 62 Stratocaster detail.

              I'd like one in orange.

                Supposedly EJ insists that they use Nitro, thinks the other finishes sound like crap. I still want one of the 1st series with the Ash bodies and the maple necks...not like I wouldn't be changing the neck out anyway...
