On the milling machine it's even easier, all I need to know is the block dimension (width x height).

I can already figure out from the photo it's about a half inch thick same as stock Fender steel blocks.

All other holes and threads locations should be identical to the original block from the centerline, or else it wouldn't retrofit. Not that I would go buy some Ti stock next time I'm down in the South Bay, nope I'd just use aluminum of which I have plenty .500" lying around.
