The body and neck are quality, anyone with an inkling for guitars can plainly see, Peabrain.
As for playability, it plays and sounds sweet! Probably almost as good as your plywood/bolt on Charvette!Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!Comment

By "slot" do you mean neck pocket? I doubt just glueing a neck into a neck pocket is going to equate into transferance of string vibration or tone. As we all know, when Gibson glues a neck on a les paul, it does so with a tenon joint. That tenon joint gives a tight fit. Much tighter than your glueing of a bolt on. Your idea equals failure. This space for rent.Comment

No, I use Elmer's white glue. If I wanna change a neck, a little sideways bap with the edge of my fist will break the bond easy after the screws come out. And once it sets, no side-side wiggle ever.
Try it with your next build. I make a small smiley face bead of glue not very thick in between the neck bolts before I drive the screws in squishing the neck together with the body. If I take it apart, I dont' peel the old glue, just add a little more. If I change the neck, I do peel the glue out with a safety razor or chisel.
It helps if you change lots of necks on a favorite body.Comment

The quarter was added to compensate for his new (at the time) Floyd Rose inability to rest completely flat against the body. It was flipped under the Floyd base to keep it resting level .Trolls take heed...LOG OUT & FUCK OFF!!!Comment
