The tale progressed so far:

We got someone to give up his copy of Ghost, a hard-drive utility.

I pulled the minitower apart, to my discovery there were two types of Serial ATA drives here... the one in my case, it has a typical SATA red cable, plus a power connection.

The one in the case had only the SATA cable.

Now, my old eNemesis Redban who used to bitch about having to go to work at his Gateway Store in South Dakota or wherever the fuck he's from, could tell me what these cables are for but I don't wanna waste good beer money at Barneys Beaners' on him to pick his brain. I know he would know but I'm too chicken to ask, cuz he'll rub my face in the fact he is more nerd than I am over it. And I don't want him to put his hand on my knee again.

Can someone tell me what to do with the other red cable before we have another round of the choking-sexplay with it over here?
