that les paul, it was ruined beyond repair.
replacing the electronics wouldn't have helped any, because the truss rod in the
fucking neck snapped, and the neck was already a bit warped anyway.

I found an Aria paul copy, sunburst with Custom blocks, binding, the works $75 bucks with a busted headstock down in El Segundo and fixed it up real well and it's providing a living for the guy I gave it to so far as I know now.. wouldn't have happened if the guy that broke it just threw it out.
