I've thought that of every vid I've seen so far. I must look like an idiot at VH shows because I get INTO IT. A Van Halen concert is like a religious experience, and the crowd nowadays just stands there like zombies with their iPhones held aloft. I only own a Zippo for one reason, and I don't smoke.

I didnt miss a tour from 80-95 (yeah i know...the hagar years too...i was young and foolish). I also saw the 2007-08 tour. It was good, but not anything close to the CVH years live. BUT, after seeing that Unchained clip, all i can say is WOW!!! That feels like the old days. Cant wait to see this tour.

Can't get over that Unchained vid. Man - figuring they were going to open with YRGM (and you know my contempt for that song) the whole tour like they did in '07-'08, and to have them throw this massive change-up into the mix... still can't get over it. Please let them keep it as the opener! Please let them release the 3/1 MSG show as a live DVD. Please let them play Full Bug in MN! Damn... what a show! You lucky NY sonsabitches!
