I used to think I was the biggest DLR / VH fan on Earth. Then I stumbled upon the guys here. It would be like Tom Hanks in Cast Away going to the other side of the island & finding the guys from Lost.

Well the band looked great ---- but from the clips I've seen it appears the crowd was half asleep

That's really a big part of my initial reaction. I didn't mean to imply that the show wasn't amazing or that the band was off in any way. I think part of it was the crowd, maybe even more so where I was, with lots of high rollers vs real fans. Also I just felt like Dave had less of the attitude I love so much. His voice was perfect, he was hysterical, etc. But I guess I was comparing it to MSG where he had a fuckin whistle!!! I took a couple of short videos (sorry so short....had to take in the show) which I'll post once I'm home, and watching them this am it was really noticeable how blah the folks around me were. It sounds like it was awesome around here with the live stream. Major props to PA on that!!!

I have a feeling that the casino cuts a relatively bigger check because of the smaller venue as well....

OK I admit "Trainwreck" was a poor choice of words but in real time there was something funky sounding about 1:45 I heard it when I watched the Video. I dunno you tell me.
