I don't mean that it's not DLR w/VH, it is, but it's from their much earlier days, it's nowhere near 2000. Some schmuck found the song and thought that it would be funny to 'rename' the track by claiming that it was 'new' stuff. It's a hoax. Nonetheless, it's a great song.

Ed's solo dissapoints me though, in fact its so crap it made me think
it was a cover band at first, would have been great to hear this
produced properly with a better Solo.. this track should have
been on an album.
