Hi,
I have never posted before, but I have an idea about something and would like your input. Here goes...
If you were to meet Dave face to face and could ask him some questions, follow-ups are allowed, what would they be?
Here are mine:
1 - What really happened in 1985 to cause the breakuup of VH, did you indeed have sex with AVH's wife/girlfriend or Valerie Bertinelli? Why does Alex Van Halen, hate you so much?
2 - The Tonight Show incident, what happened? What were the repercussions? Were you on drugs or on alcohol, do you think your career took a hit after that?
3 - This question is not an insult to Brian Young or Toshi, they are ferocious live players, but can they write rock songs without relying on Johnny 5 or Hunter?
4 - Why was "Slam Dunk" not included in the Armaggedon movie soundtrack, do you think that it is was a critical management mistake that could made your personal comeback a reality, without the need for Van Halen?
5 - Do you blame your mangement over the years (Big Ed Anderson, your current manager) on making those critical mistakes that lets admit have cost you or do you take the blame yourself? Have you have an opportunity to get better mangement (like being represented by Collins management represented Aerosmith.)
6 - What was the lowest point in your career?
7 - DLR Band is a great album, do you think you'll ever rerecord/remix some or all of the songs off it, repackage it and re-release it under the David Lee Roth name. The reason I say this because your drummer Ray Luzier, said in a recent interview that people never made the connection between David Lee Roth and the DLR Band. If it is repackaged, redistributed and promoted correctly do you think it would sell?
8 - TK released, "Look At All The People Here Tonite?" on mp3? Did you have anything to do with this or again was it a management decision? Why?
9 - Explain the concept behind the No Holds Bar-B-Que? Was it in fact an audition for a reality TV show that didn't pan out?
10 - Does it feel good knowing that VH's BOBW Tour is a flop and the majority of the public want a Dave helmed VH?
11 - If you and VH get accepted into the RRHOF, do you think that they would play with you and would you break your rule of letting other performers play with you?
12 - Do you think EVH will live to see that day?

Not too fresh. Prince used that up, then passed her to Dennis Rodman. Poor Dave Navarro. It must suck to be the Tommy Lee of his generation (As in getting rock stars' left-over groupies= Pam Anderson.)
That's a damn good question! I'd love to hear his answer for that one!
