I suspected Van Hagar were forced to renegotiate a new deal when all those dates were added for October and November. No way they were going to keep getting their $750,000 per show with the kind of numbers they were pulling.

Can't imagine any promoter or major label supporting this line-up again.

Despite the brother's antics over the last few years, I still believe a Classic Van Halen reunion would be a major draw. CVH with say The Darkness or Velvet Revolver in support would pack the big outdoor venues no problem.
