Internet searches have so far turned up nothing but useless Van Hagar junk, and I got nothing but a blank stare from the kid at the mall T-shirt shop...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually I wear that shirt. No I just got the shirt. A few years ago, I got a Van Halen I tour shirt and a ticket framed from the VH Store. Basically the same thing you're doing, they just did it for me.
