Dave is OBVIOUSLY a huge influence on Justin Hawkins. As a member of Classic Van Halen, Dave has influenced just about every metal/hard rock band out there. Pantera comes to mind. Slayer is another. Dave's vocal and lyrical style, coupled with the band's approach to their music, on stuff like Runnin With The Devil, You Really Got Me, Mean Street etc has been a huge influence on many hard core metal bands.

As long as Diamond's look is concerned, I saw an "old" pic of Motley Crews' guitarist in a magazine a few weeks ago, and well... it sure damn looks like some deliberate impersonation!

By the way (but it's another matter), Dave himself was obviously inspired by (old time) Ozzy, wasn't he? Let's just hope he'll be in better shape in 10 years.
