Blacks only make up about 13 percent of the U.S. population according to the 2000 census and I have never seen a government related study that showed that more blacks are on welfare (total) than whites. It's actually always the opposite. More white people are on welfare in the U.S. than black people. And more whites are in prison. If you're a white man in society you have very little chance of EVER becoming the victim of a violent crime at the hands of a black man. It's the simple truth of the matter. Yet this bullshit is continually spread over and over again by whites who don't have a fucking clue. Sometimes it makes me ashamed to be white. All ethnic groups in this country need to do better and can improve in a number of areas. Unfortunately a significant number of whites blame this country's problems on blacks (when the data doesn't support it) and vote accordingly to keep them in "their" place. Sad.
