    What other Cover Tunes could you have seen CVH doing?

    Dave and vh did a lot of cover songs...what other cover songs can you have seen them doing on records??

    How 'bout born to be wild? The song already rocks... If it had Dave singing it and Eddie (back in the day) playing the guitars, hey! That'd be the REAL stuff.

          Hey no sweat ! This topic has been raised before.

          I always say Day Tripper by the Beatles.

          I can just imagine Ed giving that riff the same treatment
          as Pretty Woman, with Dave putting in a great Vocal performanace.
          (Yes I can even imagine Spammy's Barrell Boy doing backup vocals)
          Subject material appropriate.

          Im hearing them play this in my head right now as I type this..

                  I never like cover versions - aside from live performance (and Jimi's version of "day tripper" on radio 1 ROCKS - of Beatles tunes.

                  Sorry, those guys nailed it. YOu're not going to improve on it. Maybe if you do something completely different, but then, who knows a reggae version of "sexy sadie"?

                      I always thought VH cover tunes sounded better than the originals.

                      I would wanna hear them cover "Sound of silence" or "One way or another"
