I think he had done some recording in Vancouver before...there was a rumor a couple of years ago that he was doing recording outside 5150 in Vancouver. But what that has to do with Dave, who knows? Bob Rock (Vancouver)? That's really reaching.

But that interview definitely pointed to Sammy not being there because he would otherwise have acknowledged that Sammy had NOT left the band (again), and he pointed towards the past and vocals already being there and 2000. So, if this interview is real, I'm almost sure he's talking about Dave. But who knows?

Part of me wants to believe that something, maybe something could be happening with Dave again.

At least he didn't slam Dave in that little tidbit of an interview.

Its possible that with Dave, they are going back to the 2000 sessions, finish those 'three astonishing tunes' and write and record some more for an album.

But in all honesty, I think Ed and Al will just fuck with us once again.

I've done some asking around on this one, here's what I've found out:

Ed and Al are recording in 5150 at the minute (it's too soon to say for Canada)
No one know's who the "we" are.
Mike and Sammy are "rumoured" to be history (there is little to No communication between Mike/Sam and the brothers), but Mike is expected to return for any tours.

I don't understand why the dude isn't grateful that people still care who's singing.
