I don't know. At this point, it's impossible to predict. It's clear from the end of the tour that Ed does not like Dave. It's also clear that he kinda needs to play and has bigger ambitions about continuing playing than Sam does. Sam just wants to be a solo act (a horrible one, at that).

Hopefully Ed is realizing that he has one choice left. What does it mean at this point? Who knows? I'll always be depressed that '96 didn't happen.
