It's funny how you guys sit around and trash talk about one of the greatest guitarists ever. Sure Ed's made mistakes, but do you think that David Lee Roth hasn't? Van Halen's one of my favorite bands by a long shot, and I always think about how cool it would be if they got back together, but I wouldn't trash talk one of my favorite guitarists for anything. David Lee Roth was instrumental in Van Halen kicking so much ass, but don't forget the man behind the friggin brown sound. Van Halen wouldn't have been anything without Eddie Van Halen, and don't forget that.

Don't be so critical on the guy. Just because he's famous doesn't mean he should be scrutinized by people all the time. He certainly makes mistakes. I've read some things about him in recent articles that frankly, piss me off. Although who am I to be critical on Eddie Van Halen, but then again, I wasn't the one doing that in the first place. Sit back, and listen to his music. That's what you're supposed to be doing. He's an entertainer, let him entertain you. Don't worry about his personal life, it isn't your business.
