Has it really been 9 years since the biggest tease in the history of music?
I remember when this board was a source of daily excitement as the rumors and hints mounted.

Now it is 2005 and not only is VH not together, but Dave has fallen off of the face of the music map.

The only offering from Dave in the last 7 years was that huge disappointment, Diamond Dave. As much as I wanted to like it, it blows.

I am as hardcore a Dave fan as you will ever meet, but I have lost hope.

So what now?

No News from VanHagar is GOOD NEWS

Dave has not "fallen off the face of the music map". He is on the road, sporadic yes, but he's out there. 2 shows in Novmber 04, New Years Eve in Orlando, has the May 20th gig in Redding CA. Yeah some new music would be nice, but at least you have the chance to go catch him live. The way I see it, Dave is keeping his voice sharp for some reason. I would expect this sort of touring in summer. Its not summer. His first return show of 04 was the Rama show, in November.

Again the way I see it, there is some reason he is out there now performing.

I'd say its a good sign.

Y'know, even though I seriously doubt about THE reunion, I often drea about it.
