    DLR Supergroup

Since there propably never will be a proper VH reunion; who should Dave hook up with in order to form the ultimate supergroup?
    One suggestion: DLR - vocals
    Lars Ulrich - drums
    Ted Nugent - leadguitar
    Pino Palladino - bass
    Joe Satriani - guitar

Why bother with a potentially band supergroup? Why not just go with what works like the eatem and smile group? That would be beyong amazing.

Ted would never stand for it. Satriani would never stand for it (Ted).

Steve Stevens was Dave's original choice for the Yankee Rose band. Billy Sheehan suggested Vai.

And, though the man is absolutely brilliant, is there a gayer name then Pino Palladino?

If you say so, Palladino is an ace bassplayer though..
I could substitute Carlos for Satriani, but I guess he`s too big a name in his own rigth. Bob Rock should produce the album.

Not sure who would make the DLR band the number one band in the world, but if Ted Nugent were with Dave, that would rock. Maybe then Dave could write some new songs and get his white ass back on the road and blow the rock world away. Come on Ted get on the phone and convience Dave you and he would ROCK like never before!!!!!!

Rumour has it that Van Halen have continued in recent years with a new lead signer, but since there 1985 breakup, nobody involved has ever recaptured that spontaneous cheeseburger magic!

I always thought Dave should have went out right after the mtv awards and done something with Beck and I stll do. I'd like to see him do The David Lee Roth Project. Sort of like what Santana did, but in reverse.
