The Atomic Punks are absolutely still around....and doing well, I would assume!
It's hard to argue against a tribute band that has had not one but TWO of it's alumni go on to play with one of the guys they're paying tribute TO, ya know?? Two out of the last three DLR axemen have come from The Atomic Punks.
Hell, even Dave thinks so, and has said as much, on more than one occasion.
I have seen them a few times, and had the pleasure of gigging with them once, while playing in a Hendrix trib (as the drummer).
