Dave's voice compliments Eddie's guitar tone and vice versa. Just listening to Can't Get This Stuff No More paints a clear picture of how finely meshed Dave's voice is with Ed's guitar. Not only does Ed have the "brown sound", but Dave has it also. If only those two could reconcile!!

There should be a website dedicated to the work of Classic Van Halen. They could have these cool forums where people could discuss the band and talk about a possible reunion.

The funny thing is that Dave didn't really like either of those songs... Well, I like 'em, but whet we really need to consider is if Ed's good enough(get it? GOOD ENOUGH?!? HAHA!!) to play with Dave. I heard many boots from the last tour, and Ed sounds poor. In the meantime, Brian Young is rippin up those CVH tunes every show... Who's Dave better off with? Broken down Ed, or Fired up Brian? With Ed he'd sell millions, but the band would be lame, but with Brian he'll sell ok, but sound fuckin KILLER! So is it about the sound or the $$....
